Young Leadership Development Committee organized professional induction program for the newly qualified CMAs

 

The Young Leadership Development Committee of ICMAB organised a day long professional induction program for the newly qualified CMAs on 19th May 2023 at Hemonto Hall of Six Seasons Hotel in Gulshan, Dhaka.

 

Mr. Jamal Ahmed Choudhury FCMA, Past President and Chairman, Young Leadership Development Committee, Mr. Md. Kausar Alam FCMA, Secretary, Mr. Akhtaruzzaman FCMA, Treasurer and Mr. Md. Abdur Rahman Khan FCMA, President, ICMAB spoke at the inauguration ceremony of the program. President, ICMAB in his inaugural speech offered special thanks to Mr. Jamal Ahmed Choudhury FCMA and Mr. Abdul Alim Munshi FCMA, Chairman and Vice Chairman of  Young Leadership Development Committee for organising such a time demanding program!

Mr. Md. Kausar Alam FCMA, Ms. Akhtar Sanjida Kasem FCMA, Dr. Nikhil Chandra Shil FCMA and Mr. Abdul Alim Munshi FCMA conducted very insightful and engaging sessions on Finance Competency framework, Professional Etiquette, Professional Ethics and  Code of Conducts and Self Leadership Master Class respectively! The participants of the program overwhelmingly appreciated the quality of all these deliberations by the legendary resource persons! The sessions were vibrant and interective with the engagement and participation of the CMAs all along from starting the program in the morning till the end of the program in the evening!

Ms. Tanzina Hoque FCMA and Mr. Anik Kumar Kundu ACMA passionately coordinated the program to make it effective!

Mr. Mahtab Uddin Ahmed FCMA, Vice President of ICMAB, Mr. Mohammed Salim FCMA, Past President and Chairman, Seminar and Conference Committee of ICMAB spoke at the closing ceremony of the program. The Vice President, ICMAB along with other Council Members distributed certificates to the participants at the end of the program. It was an excellent learning program for all the participants especially for the newly qualified CMAs joining the small but beautiful CMA family.
