Course Objectives : To develop understanding of the different aspects of management so that the students can plan organize, control managerial activities effectively and efficiently towards the achievement of organizational goal. To provide the students with the concepts, methods and techniques of marketing management enabling them to play an effective role in managing the marketing operations of an organization.
