International Accounting Day on November 10, 2020

Dear Member,

International Accounting Day is celebrated all around the world every year to give recognition to accountants who do highly challenging and stressful job that a very few people wants to do. In many countries, this day is celebrated as an event to commemorate the accountants for keeping the finances and financial strategies of organizations healthy and branding the accounting profession.

On this occasion, ICMAB is going to organize a discussion program on Tuesday, November 10, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. using “Zoom Video Conferencing” or “Physical Presence” at ICMAB Ruhul Quddus Auditorium, ICMA Bhaban, Nilkhet, Dhaka. The details of the discussion program would be informed shortly.

Prof. Dr. Md. Hamid Ullah Bhuiyan, Chairman, Financial Reporting Council (FRC), Bangladesh has kindly consented to grace the occasion as Chief Guest.

Dr. Syed Abdulla Al Mamun FCMA, Deputy CEO, Credit Rating Information and Services Ltd. (CRISL), Independent Director & Chairman of Audit and Finance Committee, Board of Directors, North West Power Generation Company Limited (NWPGCL) has kindly consented to present Keynote paper on this august occasion.
