NOTICE
TO FILL-UP FORMS
FOR CMA DECEMBER-2007 EXAMINATION
It is hereby notified that the CMA December-2007 examination will be held simultaneously at Dhaka, Chittagong, Rajshahi, Khulna & Comilla Centers from December 30, 2007. The examination entry Form fill-up will start from November 18, 2007. Examination entry forms and fees will be received as per following schedule during office hours on all working days in the above centers.
Students are advised to submit Examination Application Forms alongwith 2 (two) copies
of stamp-size recent photographs. Name and Registration Number may be written on the
backside of photographs.
Students, who are employed in different Organizations, are advised to mention their
designations and the full name, mobile number & address of their employers on the
Examination Application Forms.

Examination fees are as follows:
Foundation Level (Old & New syllabus) Tk.800.00
Professional Level-I (Old & New syllabus) Tk.800.00
Professional Level-II (Old & New syllabus) Tk.800.00
Professional Level-III (Old & New syllabus) Tk.1,325.00
Professional Level-IV (Old & New syllabus) Tk.1,325.00
Students will be allowed to pay examination fees and submit Exam-entry forms with late fee of
Tk.200/- (Taka Two hundred) only on November 29 and December 02, 2007.
Students are advised to contact the Officer-in-Charge of the respective centers for further
details.
Students are required to clear their due annual subscription with examination fee.
